Shipping Information

Each shirt is printed to order and may ship separately from photo prints, keepsakes, or other items in the same order.

You may receive more than one package, but you will not be charged additional shipping because your order ships separately.

Ordering for Family Day?

To guarantee arrival before Family Day, place your order at least three weeks before your Soldier’s scheduled Family Day or whatever event you want it for.

Orders placed less than three weeks before Family Day can still be purchased, but arrival before Family Day cannot be guaranteed.

Once your order ships, delivery times may vary based on the carrier and destination.

Care Instructions

To help protect the shirt and printed design:

  • Machine wash cold
  • Wash inside out
  • Wash with similar colors
  • Do not use bleach
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Iron inside out if needed
  • Do not dry clean

Frequently Asked Questions

How will I receive my Online Exclusive item?

All Online Exclusive items ship via USPS Ground Advantage.

These items WILL come in a separate package from all non - "online exclusive" items because they ship from different locations.

How long will it take to receive my Online Exclusive item?

It can take up to 3 weeks to be fulfilled + 5 days of delivery time. Depending on how close your order is to graduation, delivery before the ceremony cannot be guaranteed.

Please enter only one Soldier or Unit/Platoon per order.

Can I preview the portrait before ordering?

Portrait previews are not currently available, but we're working on a new feature called “Find My Trainee” that will allow for this in the future.

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat rate of $10 shipping + handling.

You may see a "Shipping Merged" discount at checkout, this is just a discount that ensures you pay a flat rate of $10.

How do I find out my Soldier’s Company/Battalion name & number?

That information will come from your soldier in training (usually in the form of a phone call or letter home). As the photography company on base, we are not provided with individual information.

We do not catalog units by their nicknames/mottos so the correct First and Last Name, Company, Battalion/Regiment, Platoon and Graduation Date will be needed to place an order.

If your SIT was transferred or recycled at any time during training, we recommend learning which unit/platoon they were photographed with, using that information when ordering, and visiting our FAQ page prior to ordering.

Why can't I select my Soldier's Graduation Date?

We are only able to fulfill orders for 9 months after graduation. If you cannot select the Month, Day, and Year of your Soldier's graduation date, we cannot fulfill your order.

Can I ship my order to my SIT at Fort Wood?

We DO NOT recommend having your order sent to your trainee at Fort Wood. Some items may not be available or arrive and process through Fort Wood until your trainee has already moved on. Also, Drill Sergeant's limitations on items allowed can result in items being returned.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE TO REPLACE ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN SHIPPED TO FORT WOOD AND ARE RETURNED AS UNDELIVERABLE.

If your order is returned to us, we may require additional shipping and handling fees to re-ship your order to a deliverable address.

How long do you archive Portrait Photos for print?

We are only able to archive Portrait Photos for 9 months from graduation date. If you cannot select the Month, Day, and Year of the FINAL Grad Date for your Soldier, ordering is closed for this Unit and we can no longer fulfill orders for this Soldier or Unit.
