Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final. Cancelations or updates must be provided before midnight on the day you've ordered.

We typically photograph your SIT within the first phase of reception at Fort Leonard Wood. It takes up to 3 weeks after the BCT start date to capture the photos, edit/process, and create the prints, slideshows, and other products. When you pay for your items on FtWoodPhotos.com we process your order and fulfill & ship your items as soon as your SIT's photos are available.

Orders placed after graduation can take up to 3 weeks to fulfill. We do our best to ship orders placed prior to graduation no later than the week after graduation. Our shipping through USPS takes 5-7 business days. You’ll receive an email when your order has been fulfilled and has shipped. Thank you so much for your business and your trust in our work.
